RHOMBENCEPHALOSYNAPSIS WITH HEAD-SHAKING STEREOTYPY

Abstract

Rhombencephalosynapsis (RES) is a congenital anomaly of the cerebellum characterised by the absence of vermis and the fusion of cerebellar hemispheres, dentate nuclei, and superior cerebellar peduncles. The case is reported here because of its rare association of Rhombencephalosynapsis with head shaking stereotypy.
